Since 1926, Pfeiffer Electric Company has provided the Bay Area with exceptional quality and service.

Victor Pfeiffer Sr. founded Pfeiffer Electric Company in 1926. His expert knowledge and great customer service were welcomed by local businesses and the expanding school system.

As Pfeiffer Electric continued to grow, Victor Jr., the oldest son in the family, joined the company in 1948. Businesses were beginning to thrive in the Bay Area, largely driven by new technologies pioneered by Stanford University, Santa Clara University, and San Jose State. These innovations paved the way for the emergence of Silicon Valley and Pfeiffer Electric began serving this new customer base.

As the years went on, the tradition of family ownership continued. Victor Jr’s oldest son and current President, William Pfeiffer, joined the business in 1978, followed by Vice President, Patrick Pfeiffer in 1988. Silicon Valley continued to grow, and Pfeiffer Electric began building for the Defense and Aerospace Industries.

Today, Pfeiffer Electric has a diverse customer base across multiple industries in the California Bay Area. Customer demands have changed dramatically over the past several decades and the company has met that demand by utilizing the latest technology. From BIM modeling, to digital communications, every team member stays connected and works diligently to ensure projects exceed customer expectations.

As Pfeiffer Electric continues to move towards it’s 100 year anniversary, the sterling reputation built over the last century will be carried forward proudly and confidently.
